We had an unusual and difficult problem with our new Nexus Wraith motorhome which is mounted on an International Truck chassis and under warranty. We drove it to this location because it is the nearest International truck location and were met at the door (Covid 19 protocol) by Chuck Lafoom, the manager. Without going into the myriad of tests, test drives, weighing, pictures, and other steps taken over the next two days, the service and attitude and expertise of Chuck and his team were amazing. Chuck spoke directly to Nexus factory reps and the warranty people at the RV seller location, made full. copies of all the paperwork, sent digital copies to me with the pictures. He was patient, through, drove the truck 80 miles each way to weigh it on certified truck scales, and went beyond the way beyond the norm one usually experiences these days from service locations. His techs did some 20 pages of checks. We will be doing all of our future truck servicing at this location.
