As you know, the COVID-19 outbreak has created a critical situation for our entire community. We are COMMITTED to doing our part to establish protocols and procedures to help mitigate the spread of this virus. As always, our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers.

We continue to seek guidance from the CDC, federal, state and local government for the establishment of practices and protocols necessary to remain open and fully functional to service all of your trucking needs. Our efforts are ongoing, and here are the most recent adjustments!

  • K. Neal Associates will greet parts and service customers at the front door to process a part order or intake a vehicle for inspection. Customers can order parts or schedule service appointments online. 
  • K. Neal Associates will process and bring any parts orders right to the front entrance of one of our facility locations for your pick-up.
  • K. Neal Associates will sign up customers to our online parts ordering portal, RepairLink, for ease of business and accessibility. Customers can also request parts by phone or online.
  • K. Neal Associates will deliver parts to your designated locations and in alignment with your safety protocols.
  • K. Neal Associates will wipe down vehicles upon intake as well as when returning a service vehicle after the repair work is completed. We are willing to comply with any other safety precautions you have in place for your business as well.
