Why do you think your father started a Bus and Truck business?

Korey Neal:

My dad began K. Neal Bus and Truck Center for two reasons.

• He realized that he didn't want to be at home. When he transferred out of Giant, I think he was looking for a place to go and put his passion every day. My dad has this incredible ability to have something bigger than himself. So he started building a business to pass on to his kid. So I will create a legacy that will continue to grow, foster, and provide for our family and community from what he started.

• My father has a passion for serving. We believe in serving downward. So that everybody here all continues to help. This motto creates the best experience for our consumers. And ultimately, this business model allows us to have incredible customer satisfaction from the top down.
